We are looking for:
- a flat for two, fully furnished, preferably in the west or south of London: Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham, Battersea, Clapham, Dulwich, Nunhead ... but are also open to other suggestions.
- My boyfriend is studying at the RCA, I'm working as a freelance copywriter in advertising

There is always something going on in the Akazienkiez: small restaurants, cafés and bars are lined up here. In between, there are great delicatessens and boutiques. The weekly market is held nearby on Winterfeldtplatz on Saturdays.
Within walking distance you will find a variety of supermarkets, organic food shops, flower shops, TK Maxx, a gym and so on.
All kinds of people live in the Akazienkiez: students, families, older people. We love the mix here.
The transport links are excellent: in just a few minutes you can reach various bus stops, underground stations and an S-Bahn station.
There are also many parks (Rudolph-Wilde-Park, Heinrich-Lassen-Park, Wartburgpark, Park am Gleisdreieck) that are easy to reach on foot or by bike.
