Hi liebe*r Suchende*r,

meine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung liegt zwischen Schöneberg und Steglitz. Die Wohnung lädt zum fokussierten arbeiten und entspannen ein, die Umgebung lässt keine Shopping-Wünsche offen. Auch in die Natur ist es nicht weit, der Botanische Garten ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso wie der Grunewald. Die U-Bahn-Linie U9 ist in 2 min und der SBhf Feuerbachstraße ist in 5 min zu erreichen. Zahlreiche Restaurants diverser Küchen laden zum Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen ein.

Ich werde die Wohnung natürlich noch ein wenig von meinen Privatsachen befreien. Die Bilderhängung im Flur und die Bibliothek würde ich aber gerne auf Grunde des Aufwands so lassen. Aber wir können über die Details ja noch sprechen.

Komplettes Bettwäsche-Set & Handtücher können ausgeliehen werden.

my lovingly furnished apartment is located between Schöneberg and Steglitz. The apartment invites you to focus on work and relax, the environment leaves nothing to be desired for shopping. It's not far to nature either, the botanical garden is within walking distance, as is the Grunewald. The underground line U9 can be reached in 2 minutes and the SBhf Feuerbachstrasse can be reached in 5 minutes. Numerous restaurants of various cuisines invite you to have breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Of course, I'll clear the apartment a little bit of my personal belongings. But I would like to leave the picture hanging in the hallway and the library as it is because of the effort involved. But we can still talk about the details.
