We are renting out our apartment in Schöneberg from 11.12.2023-07.01.2024.
It is a beautiful two room apartment, with an open kitchen within the living room. We are not going to be in Berlin for that time and would like to rent it to a single person, or to a couple (not good for a wg). It would be important to us, that you are a responsible and trustworthy person, as all our stuff is there. For the full time frame the rent would be 800 euro warm.

excellent ubication: 3 minutes walk to bus station and U-Bahn stop "Kleistpark". In the heart of Schöneberg, nice Arkazienstr. in 10 min walking distance. A Lidl about 3 min away (walking), Gleisdreieckpark can also be reached within 15-20 min walking distance.
