Hallo,
ich suche zum 1.März 2011 einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung hat 1,5 Zimmer und liegt im Hinterhof. Die Gegend ist für Spandau recht belebt:)die Straße aber sehr ruhig. 5 min zu 3 Busanbindungen, von dort 5 min zum s-Bahnhof und zur Altstadt. In der Umgebung hat man alles was man braucht, meherere Spätkäufe und Dönerläden, Kaisers, Rossmann, Sparkasse, Berliner Bank und am Ende der Straße sind mehrere super Bars.
Einige Sachen würde ich in der Wohnung auch bei Bedarf hinterlassen, z.B. meine Küche (ohne Kühlschrank) und einige Kleinigkeiten.
