da ich für zwei Wochen nicht da bin vermiete ich mein Zimmer in meiner neuen WG unter. Dass heißt meine Mitbewohnerin ist auch nicht da und du würdest dir die Wohnung wohl mit einem anderen Zwischenmieter teilen oder sogar alleine wohnen!
Die Lage ist super (ruhige breite Nebenstrasse direkt am Südstern, Hasenheide und Tempelhof in der Nähe!) und die Wohnung in einem guten Zustand. In meinem Zimmer hättest du ein äußerst großes Hochbett, Kommode und Schreibtisch.
Da meine Mitbewohnerin und ich weiterhin in Berlin sind, wären wir auch bei allen eventuellen Problemen oder Fragen zu erreichen.
Erasmus oder sonstige Austausch-Menschen willkommen!
Hello,
me and my flatmate wont be here for two weeks, so we wanna rent out our flat. You would live together with another interim tenant or even alone.
The location is very good (a calm sidestreet near Südstern, there is a big park and another much more big park - the erstwhile airport Tempelhof - nearby)
In my room you will find a really big loft bed, a desk, a dresser and so on. Me and my my flatmate will still be in Berlin, so you could contact us in case of any problems or questions.
