Wir vermieten unsere helle, geschmackvoll renovierte Altbau-Wohnung am Platz der Luftbrücke mit einer schlichten, stilvollen Mischung aus Design-Klassikern und modernen Möbeln. Sie ist mindestens für 6 Monate und maximal für 12 Monate verfügbar. Wir freuen uns, von Ihnen zu hören. Geben Sie uns gerne ein paar Informationen zu sich und Ihrer Tätigkeit in Berlin.


Wohnung
Zu den Designelementen gehören hohe Wände mit Art-Deco-Stuck, 100 Jahre alte Dielen und originale Kunstwerke. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz in Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad und ist funktional und komfortabel. Ein weiteres Zimmer kann flexibel als Arbeitszimmer, Kinderzimmer oder bei Bedarf als zweites Schlafzimmer genutzt werden (ein zusätzliches Bett mit 140cm Matratze können wir zur Verfügung stellen). Der kleine Balkon mit Morgensonne rundet die Wohnung ab. Sie ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssten allerdings selbst mitgebracht werden. Ein Fernseher kann auf Wunsch auch aufgestellt werden.


STANDORT
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines ruhigen Hinterhauses in einer kleinen Einkaufsstraße, wo man alles Nötige für den täglichen Bedarf kaufen kann. Sie ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen: Direkt nebenan liegt der Platz der Luftbrücke, von dem Sie die U6 und verschiedene Buslinien schnell durch die Stadt bringen. Sie können auch den Bus der Linie 248 nutzen, der etwa 70 m von Ihrer Haustür entfernt eine Haltstelle hat. Zum Entspannen im Grünen haben Sie gleich zwei große und beliebte Parks zur Auswahl: den Viktoriapark in Kreuzberg und den Tempelhofer Park auf dem ehemaligen Flughafengelände. Der beliebte Bergmannkiez mit seinen schönen Cafés und Restaurants ist direkt angrenzend und in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Am Haus finden derzeit Sanierungsarbeiten statt. Zwar sind die Fassadenarbeiten abgeschlossen, aber das Gerüst steht weiterhin, da das Dachgeschoss über dem 4. Stock ausgebaut wird. Die Arbeiten finden werktags zu üblichen Zeiten statt. Wir fanden es nicht laut, zumal die Fenster gut schließen.
Es handelt sich insgesamt um ein ruhiges Familienhaus mit einer freundlichen Nachbarschaft, daher sind keine Partys erwünscht, ebenso keine Haustiere.

We rent our bright, tastefully renovated old building apartment at Platz der Luftbrücke, with a simple, stylish mix of design classics and modern furniture. It is available for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 12 months, as we will then move in there ourselves. We look forward to hearing from you. Apartment
Design details include high walls with art deco stucco, 100 year old floorboards and original artwork. The apartment offers plenty of space in the bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, making it functional and comfortable. Another room can be flexibly used as a study, children's room or as a second bedroom if needed (we can provide an extra bed with 140cm mattress if needed). The small balcony with morning sun completes the apartment. It is equipped with all the necessities, but bed linen and towels would have to be brought by yourself. A TV can also be set up on request.

LOCATION
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet back building in a small shopping street, where you can buy everything necessary for daily needs. It is very easy to reach by public transport: Right next door is also Platz der Luftbrücke, from where the U6 and various bus lines will take you quickly through the city. You can also use the bus line 248, which has a stop about 70 meters from your front door. To relax in the greenery, you have two large and popular parks to choose from: the Viktoriapark in Kreuzberg and the Tempelhofer Park on the former airport grounds. The popular Bergmannkiez with its nice cafes and restaurants is directly adjacent and within walking distance.
Renovation work is currently taking place on the house. Although the facade work has been completed, the scaffolding is still in place as the attic above the 4th floor is being developed. The work is taking place on weekdays at usual times. We did not find it particularly noisy, especially as the windows close well.This is a quiet family home with a friendly neighborhood, so no parties are welcome, as are no pets.
