Hallo!
Ich vermiete meine Wohnung in Berlin Tempelhof für die Zeit vom 23. Dezember bis 27. März.
Die Wohnung ist 52 m² groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem höchenverstellbarem Tisch und ein Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Beamer. Die Wohnung ist bestens geeignet für eine Einzelperson oder ein Pärchen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des U-Bhf Alt-Tempelhof. Bis zum S Tempelhof sind es 8 Minuten Fußweg.
Supermärkte sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und die ganze Gegend ist sehr grün.
Das Wohnzimmer, ist hell und zur Rückseite des Gebäudes ausgerichtet, so dass es sehr ruhig ist. Das Wohnzimmer bekommt den ganzen Tag über direktes Sonnenlicht.
Es gibt auch eine kleine Küche mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Die Miete beträgt 1100€ pro Monat und beinhaltet alle Rechnungen + Internet.
Die Kaution von 500€ dient als Sicherheit und um eventuelle Schäden zu decken. Wenn bei der Schlüsselübergabe alles in demselben Zustand ist wie bei der Anmietung, wird die Kaution in voller Höhe zurückerstattet.
Es gibt leider keine Anmeldemöglichkeit.

I am renting my apartment in Berlin Tempelhof for the period from December 23rd to March 27th.
The apartment is 52 m² in size and comfortably furnished. There is a bedroom with a height-adjustable table and a living room with a dining area and projector. The apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple.
The apartment is located near the Alt-Tempelhof subway station. It's an 8-minute walk to S Tempelhof.
Supermarkets are 5 minutes walk away and the whole area is very green.
The living room is bright and faces the back of the building, so it is very quiet. The living room gets direct sunlight throughout the day.
There is also a small kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The rent is €1100 per month and includes all bills + internet.
The deposit of €500 serves as security and to cover any damage. If everything is in the same condition when the keys are handed over as when it was rented, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Unfortunately, there is no registration option.
