Wir vermieten unsere 70 qm große Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Tempelhofer Flughafen und Park. Die Wohnung ist komplett mit hochwertigen Möbeln und Geräten ausgestattet. Sie befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk (5.), so dass man sich daran gewöhnen muss, viele Treppen zu steigen, aber es lohnt sich für das Licht und den Blick auf den Himmel vom Balkon aus. Es handelt sich um einen klassischen Berliner Altbau aus dem frühen 20. Jahrhundert mit sehr hohen Decken (über 3 m), dicken Wänden und Türen und den typischen Berliner Ausstattungsmerkmalen (wie Holzböden im Wohnzimmer und große Fenster). Die Wohnung hat ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer (mit einem Kingsize-Bett), ein Badezimmer mit einer kleinen Badewanne und eine schmale, aber lange, voll ausgestattete Küche.
**Bitte beachten Sie, dass in dem Gebäude Bauarbeiten stattfinden, so dass Sie während der Arbeitszeiten mit Baulärm rechnen müssen.

We are renting our 70 qm ft flat located right next to the iconic Tempelhofer airport and park. The flat is fully furnished with high-quality furniture and appliances. It's on the top floor (5th) so you'll have to get used to climbing many stairs, but it's worth it for the light and view of the sky from the balcony. It's a classic Berlin Altbau (aka "old build") from the early 20th century with ultra-high ceilings (more than 3m), thick walls and doors, and trademark Berlin finishings (such as wood floors in the living room and big windows). The flat has a spacious living room and comfy bedroom (with a king-sized bed), a bathroom with a small tub, and a narrow but long fully equipped kitchen.
**Please note, that there is construction ongoing in the building, so expect some construction noise during working hours.

The address is on the busy Dudenstr., however, the flat itself is located in the hinterhaus (back house) meaning it faces an extremely quiet courtyard. You will find everything you need in the immediate vicinity, from grocery stores, restaurants, and bars, to pharmacies, doctors, childcare centers, and shoe repairers. You can get to Tempelhofer Feld (a 355-hectare park) in a 7-10 mins walk and to the lively Bergmannkiez in approximately the same amount of time. The U6 stops right outside the door, which will take you into Mitte in just minutes (15 mins to Humboldt University and Museum Island).
