Bright cozy studio located in Alt-Treptow (close to kreuzberg-neukolln)

I moved to another apartment with my partner and I'd like to rent out my old place. I lived here for 3 happy years, now it's time for me to handover.

The place is managed by one of the big firms. I got the apartment from my ex-colleague. It was hard to switch the contract but it worked at the end, I believe it can work again. We can start as a untermiete/sublet and in the meantime deal with switching the contract. Anmeldung is possible during sublet time too.

You can live here as 2 people if you're a couple but I don't think it's big enough for it. If you plan to live alone, perfect fit!

This is a bright studio apartment with a balcony. It's just above Neukölln, below Friedrichshain and a bit east from Kreuzberg, dreiecke :) you can reach Canal by 8 mins walk. Görlitzer and Treptower parks are very close. This area is super quite but still very close to many great places of Berlin!

There is a working desk in the Kitchen with a monitor.

If you're trying to find a cozy and quiet place and being close to the best clubs of Berlin then that's your destination to be! :)

Internet is super-fast, I do have a contract from Vodafone and you can get 1gigabit cable here.

Kitchen is full of everything you need.

Note: I bought furnitures from my ex-colleague and I added some more stuff top of it. Smart Ikea blinds and light, Ikea office chair, new coffee table and many kitchen stuff. I would like to sell them when I do the handover. 1500 euros is very fair price for the things you get, I did a huge discount, like half of the real price :) You only need to get a laundry machine to fit in this place.
