The apartment is in a student dorm with both german and international students as Your neighbours. So it's perfect for getting to know nice young people and getting good tipps for your stay in Berlin. There might even be parties You can join just by saying "Hi". If that's not your thing, You can also just have your privacy in the apartment and watch Netflix or cook something.
It's a 52 m² apartment with a bathroom in the middle and a small kitchen component with 2 cooking plates and a fridge. You can basically use everything in the flat. Including the smart TV + Xbox One, a monitor for you laptop, shampoo, towels, cutlery + crockery. If You have any questions, just let me know, I'm happy to answer them.
There are two sleeping options in the apartment. There is one private bedroom with one bed inside. The bed might be fine for couples, otherwise it's best suitable for a single person. The other bed is a sleeping couch in the living room, that easily fits two people. You can choose where you want to sleep. The secondary room will be locked since it's my personal bedroom.
There is only one entrance to the apartment and you will be able to access it at any time. You can just enter the property and take the stairs to the second floor.
The container village is located in the lovely and green Treptow. It is very easy and quick to reach Neukölln or Kreuzberg and about 30 minutes to Alexanderplatz via Train.
There are two options for taking the S-Bahn (Train), either S Baumschulenweg or S Plänterwald, which both are about a 10 minute walk. Bus 166 goes directly infront of the place to Neukölln and the 165 goes from Köpenicker Landstrasse to the city center, wich is reachable in 4 minutes on foot. No U-Bahn close.

Please leave the place as clean as You found it when You checked-in and have respect for Your neighbours. For safety reasons I don't want any parties at my place (You can check if there are any neighbours having a party). Also you have to be careful with cooking because the smoke detector is a bit sensitive and will cause the fire department to come automatically when activated, but there should not be any problem if you don't burn food. If this does happen, just wait for the firemen to come and tell them you burned food, it won't cost you (this never happened to any of my tenants ever). For this reason smoking inside or at the window is also highly prohibited. There is a supermarket right next to the building, which is very convenient. That's basically it.
We can talk about the details of Check-in and Check-out times and I will create a subletting-contract for both of us to sign.
Since I'm german, i speak the language but English is no problem either.
