Da wir aktuell nach Brandenburg umziehen bieten wir das große Zimmer unserer schönen 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Wedding zur Zwischenmiete an.
Da wir nur noch sehr selten (momentan 1x die Woche zum Wäsche waschen und Post holen) vor Ort sind hast du die Wohnung quasi für dich alleine.
Die Wohnung:
- ganze Wohnung ca. 60m²
- zur Zwischenmiete: 1 Zimmer (ca. 24m²), Küche, Bad
- Balkon mit Abendsonne
Die Eckdaten:
- Sehr gute ÖPNV-Anbindung -> U6 Haltestelle Rehberge fußläufig in 1 Minute zu erreichen, 15 Minuten zur Friedrichstraße
- Schöne Lage -> Park Rehberge fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten, Schillerpark fußläufig ca. 5 Minuten
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig ca. 6 Minuten (Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi,...)
In der Warmmiete von 745,- € sind Strom- und Internetkosten bereits enthalten. Es kommen also keine weiteren Kosten dazu! Die Kaution beträgt 1.000,- €.
Die Wohnung ist ab sofort bis Mitte/Ende Oktober zur Zwischenmiete frei.
