Short-term: Spacious & cozy apartment in Wedding (December + January)

Hi everyone,
We are travelling with our newborn to our family in France this winter and therefore looking to subletting our apartment for the months of December and January (end of November and until beginning of February might also be possible).

This is our home with all our belongings, so we are looking for someone who takes good care of the apartment and treats it gently :)

The apartment has three large rooms and is very spacious (102 sqm):
- 1 bedroom with double bed and a balcony (16 sqm)
- 1 passage room that we use as an office with a sofa bed (24 sqm)
- 1 big living room with a large, south-facing balcony (30 sqm)
- 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath)
- 1 kitchen with everything you need (fridge, oven, microwave, cooking equipment, etc.)

The apartment is perfect for a couple or a family with a young baby as we we will leave baby equipment at home (changing table, baby nest, play mat, baby phone etc). It is located on the first floor and is accessible by elevator.

The apartment is right around the corner of the artist & danicng collectives at the Uferhallen and around the corner from the Panke river and the beautiful Uferstraße with cozy cafes and the old bus station, which now houses studios and a piano workshop/concert hall. Along the Panke there are many beautiful walking paths. Schillerpark, Plötzensee, Humbolthain and Park Rehberge are all nearby.

The apartment is very well connected to other Berlin neighboorhoods with the U9 and U8 within a 7 min walk and Gesundbrunnen with access to the Ringbahn within a 15 min walk.
