I'm offering my spacious apartment for sublet for 2.5 months while I'm away. with no possibility for extension. It's a cozy place, perfect for a couple. The apartment has two separate rooms. There are two balconies one in each room, which is great for enjoying the sun at different times of the day. It's a rooftop apartment, so it's pretty quiet up here, and there's plenty of natural light from the early morning until the afternoon.
One thing to note is that the building is old, so there's no elevator.
The bedroom has a super comfortable bed, and the bathroom comes with a nice bathtub. I will make sure that everything will be neat and tidy for you.

Als Dachgeschosswohnung ist es hier ziemlich ruhig und es gibt viel natürliches Licht von frühmorgens bis zum Nachmittag.
Eine wichtige Information ist, dass das Gebäude ein altbau ist und daher keinen Aufzug hat.
Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein besonders bequemes Bett und im Badezimmer befindet sich eine schöne Badewanne.
