Hey! Ich werde in der angegebenen Zeit nicht in Berlin sein und möchte die Wohnung daher vermieten.
Sie ist so ausgestattet, dass Du im Prinzip nichts mitbringen musst um dort wohnen zu können.
Bitte schreibe mir eine kurze Nachricht darüber wer Du bist und was Du treibst.
Anmeldung würde ich für den kurzen Zeitraum ungerne anbieten.
Die Mietperiode kann auch Anfang März beginnen oder Ende März enden.
And a bit shortened in English... I'm not in Berlin in the sublet period. Flat should have everything you need. Please drop me a line about you, to get an idea what you are doing. Anmeldung (registration) I would like to avoid for the short period.
Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber zur U-Bahn sind es 5 Minuten und nach 2 Stationen U6 ist man am Leopoldplatz. Das Citykino Wedding ist gleich um die Ecke.
Die Umgebung ist sehr grün, mit dem Schillerpark fast direkt nebenan und dem Park Rehberge nicht weit entfernt.
Es gibt einen guten Vietnamesen und ein nettes Cafe in 6-7 min Entfernung zu Fuß und zum Edeka sind es 4 min.
Es gäbe ein paar Chili Pflanzen, die Du gießen solltest :)
Die Miete ist pro Monat, für Februar ist sie also geringer, da es nicht der ganze Monat ist.
Es wäre wichtig, dass Du mir Whatsappfotos meiner Post schicken kannst. Das wird nicht oft passieren, aber einmal die Woche nachsehen wäre gut.
