We would like to sublet our beautiful 3-room flat for a month. The flat is a spacious old Berlin building with large rooms, high ceilings and a balcony. We are letting it fully furnished so that you can use it straight away. The flat is most suitable for couples, as there is a bedroom, a living room and a study. However, there is a lot of space in the study, so it would be possible to add a mattress or similar (we have a large inflatable mattress 140x200cm). The bedroom faces the backyard and is therefore very quiet. In the living room there is a music system and a projector that can be used.

Da wir für einen Monat im Ausland sind möchten wir unsere schöne 3 Zimmerwohnung für einen Monat untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist ein geräumiger Berliner Altbau, mit großen Zimmern, hohen Decken und einem Balkon. Wir vermieten sie komplett eingerichtet, sodass ihr sie direkt nutzen könnt. Die Wohnung eignet sich am ehesten für Paare, da es ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Arbeitszimmer gibt. Im Arbeitszimmer ist aber sehr viel Platz, es wäre also möglich da noch eine Matratze o.ä. hinzulegen (wir haben eine große aufblasbare Matratze 140x200cm). Das Schlafzimmer geht zum Hinterhof und ist daher ziemlich ruhig nachts. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Musikanlage und einen Beamer die gerne genutzt werden können.

The flat is 5 minutes away from U Seestraße (underground and tram station) in beautiful Wedding. In the immediate vicinity there is food of all kinds, a few small cafés, a variety of supermarkets and bars. It's lively, but relaxed at the same time. Rehberge, probably the most beautiful park in Berlin, is about a 10-15 minute walk away, as is Plötzensee. Schillerpark is about 5 minutes away.

Die Wohnung ist 5min entfernt von der U-Bahn/Tram-Haltestelle Seestraße im schönen Wedding. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es Essen jeder Art, ein paar kleine Cafés, eine Vielzahl an Supermärkten und Bars. Es ist belebt, aber gleichzeitig entspannt. Die Rehberge, der wohl schönste Park Berlins, ist ca 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und damit auch der Plötzensee in dem man im Winter auch Eisbaden kann. Der Schillerpark ist ca 5 Minuten entfernt.

We would like to place our flat in trustworthy hands and would therefore prefer to meet you in person beforehand, but if necessary we could also meet you online. The rent will be paid in advance after signing an interim tenancy agreement, as well as the deposit, so we do not need any further proof of solvency from you.
