The apartment is 70sqm big, bright, and has a French balcony. You'll have an excellent view of the sunset everyday. There's a huge living room and an almost equally big bedroom. I've been living in this apartment for four years now. It has everything you'd need including a dishwasher and washing machine.
The apartment would be ideal for a single person or a couple. The monthly rent is 890€ EUR including all utilities and internet.
An Anmeldung would not be possible since this is a sublet. Minimum stay of 1 month.
I am looking forward to a reasonable and reliable subtenant who would keep the apartment and my belongings in a good condition and also be sensible with heating and ventilating the apartment.
If you like what you read, feel free to send me a message, telling me something about yourself and what you are up to in Berlin. Please include the name of the last film you watched at the beginning of your message so I know you read the entire text.
You can write to me in English or German.
The area is quiet with two parks and a small stream nearby, which are ideal to just lay and relax or to do some sport. I've very friendly relations with my neighbors and they are all quite helpful.
Two supermarkets, Kaufland and Penny, are not too far away from the apartment.
There are two train stations nearby - U Osloer Str (U8/U9) and S Wollankstraße - both are about 10mins on foot. Tram station Drontheimer Str. is also about 5-7min walk away.
Hipster hotspots like Mauerpark, Prenzlauer Berg etc are 15mins away by bike. I'll be leaving my bicycle in the apartment so feel free to use it.
