We are moving out of a wonderful apartment, so we want to re-rent it by May 14. After that, the owners will return to the apartment. Ideally we would like to rent it from May 1, but we can consider options from April 27. The owners are aware that the apartment will be re-rented, but it is not possible to register for such a short period of time.
The apartment will not have our belongings, all furniture and partially appliances (kettle, toaster). All dishes will also remain for you. The apartment is very cozy, quiet, near there are stores, working daily. We will be happy to tell you about the neighborhood. We will consider 1-2 people, possibly with a pet or a child.
There are U6 and U9 subway stations within walking distance, such as Seestrasse, Leopoldplatz, Nauener Strasse, walking distance to U and S - Wedding stations, but it's about 20 minutes. There's a nice coffee shop across the street from the house, about a 10 minute walk away is another coffee shop where many people work with laptops.
Viewing is possible at almost any time. We are looking for neat and responsible people who will look after the apartment as we did.
