Hello all,
Since I am moving out of Berlin permanently, I am offering the flat that I have called home for the last 2.5 years to be taken over by a new tenant.
Apartment
The entire apartment is 66 m2. Besides 2 large separate rooms, it has lounge area, a separate kitchen, bathroom, hallway, storage space.
All bedrooms and the kitchen have good size windows. All windows open into vast open spaces hence allowing maximum privacy while still being in the middle of Berlin.
The bedrooms face towards the east, and therefore receive a good amount of sunlight during the first half of the day.
The bathroom has bathtub in it.
The whole place is super neat and clean since it recently got fully renovated.
The building has an elevator.
Furnishing
The flat is fully furnished. The 2 main rooms are setup as separate bedrooms with each having its bed, workplace, and drawer commode. Kitchen is equipped with household appliances such as stove with good oven, fridge with freezing section, large cabinet filled with cooking utensils. Bathroom is set up with a relatively quite and eco-friendly washing machine, and storage spaces.
The new tenant is expected to take over the existing furniture in exchange for their current value in cash. The total value of the furniture amounts to 3320 euros (estimate may get small adjustments over the next few days; some items will be negotiable). Detailed breakdown of total furnishing costs for the apartment will be provided upon request.
Required documents
Besides identity related documents, the following documents will need to submitted to the housing company serving as your landlord:
- salary slips for the last 3 months
- mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung
- positive SCHUFA (request now) bescheinigung
Location
The apartment is located at the Cornelius-Fredericks-Str. 48 in Berlin-Wedding(postal code: 13351) within the Mitte district of Berlin. The area is very well connected with the public transport network by being situated on the U6 subway line. The subway stations U Seetraße and U Rehberge are just 5 mins away from the apartment by walking. Plenty of options for shopping, food, drinks, fitness, sports, other outdoor activities, are all available within walking range.
For groceries, all the major grocery discounters such as Rewe, Edeka, Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl, lie within walking range. A decent amount of bars are dispersed all around the neighborhood. Famous furniture and construction stores Möbel Kraft, Bauhaus, POCO are within 10 mins of drive. Karstadt/Galeria, Mediamarkt, Saturn, all are within 10 mins by public transport.
