suche zum 1.12.08 Nachmieter für meine geliebte WG-Wohnung. Da sich die gesamte WG auflöst, würdet ihr quasi eine leere Wohnung übernehmen und könntet eine neue WG gründen. Ein Zimmer wird jedoch bis spätestens 31.01.09 von jemandem zur Zwischenmiete bewohnt.
Insg sind es drei Zimmer (2 x 20m², 1 x 27m²), eine mitelgroße Küche und ein kleines Bad. Die Wohnung hat einen modernen Standard, liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im 1.OG VH, und die Nachbarn sind auch in Ordnung. Der Vermieter (Degewo) ist sehr kulant und entgegenkommend. Kaution gibt es keine.
Bis in Prenzlauer Berg sind es mit dem Rad 5 min und bis Mitte 10 min. Verkehrsanbindung ist gut (U8 5min, S-Bahn 10 min per pedes).
