da wir für 10 Tage nach Nürnberg zu unserer Familie fahren, bieten wir hier unsere Wohnung zur Untermiete an. Sie besteht aus einem kleinen Schlafzimmer und einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Balkon im 4. Stock.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Sprengelkiez, welches durch angenehme Nachbarschaft, gute Verkehrsanbindung (u9 amrumer str. nur 1 gehminute entfernt) und guten einkaufsmöglichkeiten bzw. restaurants besticht. In der Wohnung ist soweit alles was man benötigt. Der große Balkon läd am Nachmittag zum relaxen ein (ab ca. 13 Uhr Sonnenschein). Telefon und Internet (32000) ist mitenthalten. Der Fixpreis für die 10 Tage liegt bei 170 € mit allem inklusive.(kaution 150 €)
Die Wohnung wäre optimal für ein Päarchen oder bis zu 3 Personen.

hey, we are going to visit Nuremberg for 10 days, so you can have our flat from 03.10 til 13.10.
it is on the fourth floor and has a small sleeping room and a huge living room plus balcony. the neighbours are calm and quite, the connection to the underground is great (just 1 minute to go) and next to you is everything you need (edeka, restaurants, bars).
the flat has everything you need plus telephone and internet.
the price for everything is 170 € (+150€ caution)
this flat is good for up to 3 persons.
