The flat has a big living room, a small bed room, a kitchen and a bathroom (with laundry and tube).
it is located on the 3rd floor of a building in the back (Quergebäude). Since it doesn't face out to the street it is vey quiet. At the same time it is very bright because south-facing. The building is a typical old Berlin building (Altbau) from 1910.
The apartment has a beautiful wooden floor and five windows. Two of them are just next to a gorgeous tree, which will make you feel in a garden.
From the station Gesundbrunnen you can take the U-Bahn (U8) to Alexanderplatz, Kreuzberg and Neukölln; but also the Ring-Bahn and the S-Bahn to Brandenburger Tor and Potsdamer Platz. For tourists the location of the apartment is just fantastic.
There are plenty of grocery stores with fresh Turkish and mediterranean deli food in the area.
If you want to drink a cappuccino in the morning, go to the Italian cafe at Stettiner Straße (Il Milanese del Tacco). Evening you can enjoy a nice glas of wine at the lovely Café Dujardin (Uferstraße) or a local beer in the traditional Berlin bar (Prinzinger).
Do you like baklava? In the neighborhood you find any kind of Arabic sweets and desserts.
Around Gesundbrunnen there is a nice sewer (Panke) that you can walk along. You will feel in the countryside being in the heart of Berlin.
