I'm not in Berlin during the period and would like to sublet my place. If you're interested, let's have a chat to get to know each other a bit and I can tell you some details about the flat an the area around. If you don't need it from the 1st of December, we could also pick another start date and it should also be possible to extend it a bit if you'd prefer that.
The flat has a well equipped kitchen, big living room and also a spacious bedroom. You reach the latter through the living room, so it is not well suited for a shared flat, better for couples. There's everything you need, assuming you have normal needs :)
The rent is supposed to mean the monthy amount.
The location is just next to Sprengelkietz, an area in constant development and like 10 little restaurants just at your fingertips. Brüsseler Kietz also starts at the corner. Parking situation is good, you will usually search 2 minutes for a spot and then will have to walk up to 5 minutes to the flat.
A grocery store is right at the corner and Aldi is 10 minutes walking next to Ausländerbehörde.
It would be nice if you could care about the plants in the flat. Have you done that successfully before? :)
Internet is usually stable and good (50mbit).
There's 2 desks and at least 1 monitor.
I'm in homeoffice most of the days, so it should be easy to find a timeslot for visiting.
