Die Wohnung ist eine 68 qm große Wohnung im vierten Stock eines Altbaus. Es wurde renoviert, so dass das Bad und die Küche neu sind und verfügt auch über eine Einbauküche. Es ist nicht für WG geeignet, da ein Raum an die Küche angeschlossen ist. Es ist für eine einzelne Person oder ein Paar geeignet. Einige der Möbel sind zum Kauf angeboten, darunter ein großes Sofa, eine Wohnzimmereinrichtung, ein Esstisch und ein Bettgestell zu einem verhandelbaren Preis.
Maximale Belegung: 2 Personen. Einzelperson oder Paar ist in Ordnung. Keine Kinder und keine Haustiere. The apartment is a 68 square meter apartment on the fourth floor of an old building. It has been renovated so that the bathroom and kitchen are new and also has a fitted kitchen. It is not suitable for a flat share because a room is connected to the kitchen. It is suitable for a single person or a couple. Some of the furniture is available for purchase, including a large sofa, living room furniture, dining table, and bed frame at a negotiable price.
Maximum occupancy: 2 people. Individual or couple is fine. No children and no pets. Can be suitable for a flat share however the kitchen is connected to the living room - it depends if this is ok with the tenants. The building is quiet and the neighbours are very quiet. You probably won't see them much except that they come and go to work. Kaufland is 5 minutes away on foot. Bus, train and tram are located directly on the ground floor. Bakery, bars and restaurants on the ground floor.
The contract will be signed over form the current tenants as we have to move back to our country due to the crisis. The contract is until September 2020, but it can be extended and negotiated with the landlord.
Deposit can also be spread over 3 instalments. Anmeldung is possible.
Es befindet sich in Wedding am Ende der U9 und der U8. Osloer Str. U-Bahn ist direkt im Erdgeschoss und weniger als eine Minute zu Fuß. Es gibt auch die Straßenbahn und Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Osloer ist eine viel befahrene Straße, aber die Wohnung ist relativ ruhig. Es gibt einen Obststand draußen sowie Bars und eine Bäckerei und mehrere Geschäfte innerhalb der Osloer U-Bahn. Es ist zwei Haltestellen vom Leopoldplatz und zwei Haltestellen von Gesundbrunnen entfernt, wo Sie alles finden können, was Sie brauchen. Der Alexanderplatz ist in 12 Minuten zu erreichen, der Zoologische Garten in 12 Minuten, der Kreuzberg (Kottbusser Tor) in 16 Minuten.

It is located in Wedding along the U8 and U9. Subway is directly downstairs and less than a one minute walk. There is also the tram and bus stop right outside of the front door. Osloer is a busy street, but the flat is very quiet. There is a fruit stand outside as well as bars and a bakery and several shops inside of Osloer U-bahn. It is two stops of away from Leopoldplatz and also two stops away from Gesundbrunnen which are prime shopping areas where you can find everything you need. Alexanderplatz can be reached in 12 minutes, Zoologischer Garten in 12 minutes, Kreuzberg (Kottbusser Tor) in 16 minutes.

Auch hier sind wir wieder die Mieter, und unsere verbleibende Vertragszeit wird unterschrieben, da wir Deutschland verlassen müssen. Die Vertragslaufzeit kann voraussichtlich über September 2020 hinaus verlängert werden.
