The flat (62sqm) is on a quiet street which means we can open the windows day and night. It’s nice. Your room has a large window and is bright. If you like furniture, it can be bought. Everything is almost new. If you prefer you can, of course, bring your things though :)We have a typical Berlin bathroom. Long and narrow. With a shower. The flat costs 1000€ all bills included and we would split it. Simple :) Same for the cleaning. The only hard rules are to not smoke in the apartment and not to wear shoes in the common areas.
It is located close to U-Seestrasse, and the M13 and U6 are within 5 minutes walk which makes it super easy to cross the city :)
I recently came from India and still have a lot of discovering to do once the corona crisis is over! I work as a system admin at Delivery Hero and can help if you have issues with your laptop :) I am elementary going and quite chatty I must say. I like to cook for people, so if you’re into eating, it’s okay.
Side note: you can either get on the contract replacing my flatmate who’s leaving, or you can only deal with me and then it would be like a sublet. As you wish :)
