The fully-furnished apartment is spacious and sunny. Includes 1 big bedroom and 1 smaller bedroom and a large comfortable living room. Also includes 2 balconies, 2 storage rooms, a bath and an equipped kitchen.
Both bedrooms have a double bed, a cabinet, dressing tables and other minor furniture you need to live, but there’s also plenty of space to make your own improvements. The living room has a dining area, a couch and a smart tv and extends into a balcony on the innenhof.
Bathroom comes with a large bathtub and the kitchen includes an oven, hob, refrigerator and a couple of storage rooms that includes a washing machine.
The house itself is a pretty old and residential building, typically occupied by families. The innenhof offers secure parking for your bike(s). Neighbors are nice. Generally quiet and friendly. The occasional dinner/aperetivo with friends is also no problem.
Located on a quiet street off Seestraße on the U6. All sorts of supermarkets including a massive Real are within a 5 min walking distance, and a Spati right next door. The intersection of Mullerstraße & Seestraße is full of options for food, drink and entertainment including a cinema & bowling center. Tram lines M13 & 50 are a 2 min walk away.
The apartment is suitable for a small family, a couple or a 2-person flatshare. Maybe 3 person flatshare is possible, but not ideal because of the cut of the apartment. I lived here for over a year with a friend but have now decided to move to my own apartment. If you are interested and want to take over the lease, I will make an introduction to the Hausverwaltung and they will have the final decision, but my new contract begins start of July so preferably we will move fast.
