ÜBER DIE WOHNUNG
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss eines Hinterhauses wodurch sie sehr ruhig gelegenen ist. Ein Balkon mit Sicht zum Innenhof lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die teils sanierte Altbauwohnung zeichnet sich durch ihre hohe Decken, schöne Holztüren und großen Fenster aus, die bereits mit Vorhängen bestückt sind.
Das Zimmer wird mit einem bereits eingebautem Doppelhochbett untervermietet. Eine Matratze der Größe 140 x 200 cm, Decken, Kissen und Bettwäsche stehen zur Verfügung. Eine kleine Arbeitsecke mit Schreibtisch und Stuhl ist vorhanden. Ein Kleiderständer mit Kleiderbügel stehen zur Verfügung.
Die offene Küche ist mit einem großen silberfarbenen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einem Herd und Backofen, sowie einer Spüle ausgestattet. Kochutensilien und Küchengeschirr sind ebenso vorhanden.
Das geflieste Badezimmer verfügt über eine Duschkabine mit Stehdusche und ist mit Handtüchern und Badematte bestückt.
Ein kleiner Abstellraum sorgt für zusätzlichen Stauraum.
Der Flur ist groß genug für einen Schrank oder sonstige Stau- und Ablageanrichten.
ABOUT THE FLAT
The flat is located on the first floor of a rear building, which makes it very quiet. A balcony with a view of the inner courtyard invites you to relax. The partly renovated old building flat is characterised by its high ceilings, beautiful wooden doors and large windows, which are already fitted with curtains.
The room is sublet with a double loft bed already installed. A 140 x 200 cm mattress, blankets, pillows and bed linen are provided. A small work corner with desk and chair is available. A clothes rack with hangers are available.
The open kitchen is equipped with a large silver refrigerator with freezer compartment, a cooker and oven, and a sink. Cooking utensils and kitchenware are just provided.
The tiled bathroom has a shower cubicle with stand-up shower and is stocked with towels and bath mat.
A small storage room provides additional storage space.
The hallway is large enough for a wardrobe or other storage.
DIE LAGE
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Nähe der Osloer Straße wodurch eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung gegeben ist. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie U-Bahn, Tram und Bus ermöglichen eine schnelle und direkte Fahrt in die Innenstadt (in nur 10 Minuten bis zum Alexanderplatz). Die nächste große S-Bahnanbindung in Gesundbrunnen ist nur zwei U-Bahnstationen entfernt. Diverse
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Norma, Edeka und Kaufland sowie Spätis, Imbissbuden und Tankstellen sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ein 15minütiger Spaziergang zur Panke oder zum Schäfersee erlauben einen kleinen Ausflug ins Grüne.

The apartment is situated in a quiet side street near Osloer Straße, which provides excellent transport links. Public transport such as subway, tram and bus enable a fast and direct journey to the city center (in just 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz). The next large S-Bahn connection in Gesundbrunnen is only two underground stations away.
Shops such as Lidl, Norma, Edeka and Kaufland as well as Spätis, takeaways and petrol stations are within easy walking distance.
A 15-minute walk to the Panke or to the Schäfersee allow a short trip into the countryside.
