Ich vermiete meine schöne Wohnung unter. Bin im Ausland. Ich suche jemanden der auf die Wohnung aufpasst und meine Pflanzen gießt. Da ich keinen festen Zeitplan habe ist der Zeitraum verhandelbar. Minimal 4 Wochen, vielleicht bis Ende August. Aber das ist nicht sicher. Wie gesagt, einfach anfragen wenn deine Daten ungefähr passen.
Preis je nachdem wie lange du bleibst.
Die WOHNUNG:
Sie hat ein großes Schlafzimmer mit breitem Bett nach hinten zum Hof, sehr ruhig. Eine gemütliche Küche mit Tisch, Bank und Hockern zum Sitzen. Es ist alles da, von der Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und allen möglichen Kochuntensilien bis hin zu Gewürzen etc.. Dann gibt es noch ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch und TV und Büchern und ein Esszimmer mit langem Tisch. Ausserdem einen kleinen Balkon mit Tisch und Bänken und viel Sonne.
Am liebsten wäre mir eine Person oder ein Pärchen wäre auch okay. Für ne WG oder mehr Menschen ist sie nicht geeignet.

I am subletting my lovely apartment. I'll be gone from the beginning of May. Minimum 4 weeks, maybe till end of August. Please just ask for whichever time you would need a stay. The price is accordingly, of course, depending on how long you stay.
The APARTMENT:
The flat has a large bedroom with a huge bed and a window facing the quiet backyard. A cozy kitchen with a table, bench and stools. Everything is there, from the dishwasher, washing machine and all kinds of cooking utensils to spices etc. There is a living room with a couch and TV and books and a dining room with a long table. I also have a small balcony with a table and benches and lots of sun.
I would prefer one person or a couple. The apartment is not suitable for more people than 2 as there is no space for a second bed or mattress.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Geschäfte, Bäcker und U-Bahn sind zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist super, man lässt sich hier hier in Ruhe, hilft aber wenn man's braucht. Und zwei große Parks sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß weg. Der Plötzensee ist mit dem Rad keine 10 min weg.
Es gibt inzwischen sogar ein zwei richtig nette Bars direkt eine Straße weiter (aber nicht in Hörweite. :D) und ein Veganer Restaurant. Ansonsten Türkische Läden, eine unglaublich guten Sushi-Lade, ein original BBQ-Restaurant.... Der Wedding ist im Kommen!

The apartment is in a quiet side street. Shops, bakeries and the subway are just a few minutes' walk away. And two major parks are just a few minutes walk away. The Plötzensee is less than 10 minutes away by bike.
There are two really nice bars right down the street (but not within earshot. :D) and a vegan restaurant. Also Turkish Fallafel shops, an incredibly good sushi bar, an original BBQ restaurant... Wedding is on the rise!

Keine WGs, leider nicht geeignet geschnitten. / The Apartment is not suitable as a sharded flat.
