Taking care for the cats means living with nice and friendly catladies that sleep a lot and are going to love your company.
But it also means doing a job: feeding them twice a day, maybe giving medicine, changing water every second day, cleaning the toilets twice a day, not to be surprised if one of them pees on the bathroom's floor (not regular, but mi g h t happen) and maybe sometimes clean the floor from their vomit. Mainly in the bathroom there will be cat litter around that needs to be swept away every day. Also those ladies sometimes get wild at night and start to meow and play.
You would live pretty close to a very nice environment -- full of lakes, silence, nice cafés -- but not far away from Berlin's urban wild life (tram: 15 minutes to Alexanderplatz, 8 mnts to Ringbahn "Greifswalder Straße")
