Hi there,
I'm subletting a room in my apartment during the holidays. Since I'll be away, you'll have the whole apartment to yourself for the price of one room ;) Dates are flexible. Up to 2 people.
Room:
the bedroom has about 15sqm and comes with a sofa couch with a 140 x 200 mattress, a table and an office chair. This room has direct access to the balcony.
Apartment:
It has 85 sqm and is a part of a very peculiar complex of buildings with unique architecture. It's very quiet and chill, bright and the neighbors are nice. It's also has floor heating system.
Bathroom:
Comes with a bathtub separate from the shower and has a washing machine.
Kitchen:
fully equipped, with dishwasher, 2 fridges and brand new oven and stove. There's also a lot of kitchen utensils: electric pot, mixer, cake mixer, soda stream and much more
Balcony:
a nice quiet balcony to enjoy a coffee and read a book or enjoying with friends :)
No parties, no pets.

The apartment is a part of a complex of buildings with a few leisure areas around to enjoy some good weather. There are several supermarkets in walking distance (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Denn's), a DM, as well as several shops (Tedi, Woolworth, KiK, OBI), cafes and restaurants. It's also very close to the Prenzlauer Berg, where you can find even more attractions.
The location some options of public transportation, specially trams. It takes about 7min to Prenzlauer Alle and 20min to Aleksanderplatz.
I expect you'll take of the apartment as if it was yours. I'll make sure to open space in the bathroom and coat rack for your things.
