Es handelt sich um 2-Zimmer mit Balkon. Sie befindet sich im "Komponistenviertel" im Hinterhaus.
I love my neighborhood! It's quiet but not stuffy... It takes 5 minutes to get to the White Lake and the Jewish Cemetery, where you can have a wonderful walk, but it's also 5 minutes to the tram (M13, M4, 12), which takes you quickly to the Ringbahn ( Greifswalder Straße) or to Alexanderplatz. There are cafes, shops, restaurants right around the corner and of course the Toni cinema on Antonplatz...

Ich liebe meine Nachbarschaft! Es ist ruhig aber nicht spießig... Man braucht 5 Minuten zum Weißen See und zum Jüdischen Friedhof, wo man wunderbar spazieren kann, ist aber auch in 5 Minuten an der Tram (M13, M4, 12), die einen schnell zur Ringbahn (Greifswalder Straße) oder zum Alexanderplatz bringt. Es gibt Cafés, Geschäfte, Restaurants direkt um die Ecke und natürlich das Kino Toni am Antonplatz...
