I'm currently subleasing my 2-room apartment (approx. 60 sm) in Berlin Wilmersdorf (10715). As I'm going to be abroad from January to May 2024, I'm looking for someone who can stay in my place while I'm not here.
It's a 1st floor (by stairs), located in the backyard building, so it's super quiet and silent besides its central location. It consists of a small entrance hall that connects all the rooms: a separate kitchen, a bathroom, a wide living room with a french balcony that heads to the common use garden, and a sleeping room.

The flat is located 3 minutes walk from the S41+U9 Bundesplatz station, and also from the Volspark-Wilmersdorf, with easy access to the areas of Charlottenburg, Mitte, Schöneberg, Friedenau.
The shopping area of Steglitz is about 10 minutes away by bike (or 5 minutes by Ubahn). There you can find a large variety of shops. Further towards the city center, the famous Kudamm shopping area is about 7 minutes away by public transportation (I enjoy walking there, it only takes 30 minutes and is a nice walk).
The Schoneberg neighborhood vibes are also very accessible, about a 10 min cycling, or just 2 S-Bahn stops will lead you to the lovely area of Haupstraße.
The price would be 1100 EUR monthly, all included.
Due to the short length of the sublease period, unfortunately I can't offer address registration (Anmeldung).
As for the rest (dates, furniture, etc): I'm happy to talk and arrange something that suits everyone :)
