The apartment is in a renovated old building in a very good and central location in Berlin-Wilmersdorf (1st floor, side wing) and has the typical old building flair with high ceilings and stucco. The apartment has a very large living room, a bedroom, a (eat-in) kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway.
The subway (U7 and U3) is right outside the door, and several bus lines are just a 3-minute walk away.
During the period of subletting, no residence registration is possible. It may be possible to take over the apartment completely at a later date.
