Hallo an Euch Frauen ü 30,
ich möchte meine ruhige Wohnung in Wilmersdorf an nur drei-vier Nächten in der Woche nutzen (ich bin mi-fr arbeiten, Du würdest mich da nur abends sehen und ich brauche max Übernachtung von Di-Sa, aber nicht wöchentlich.)
Die Wohnung ist ganz frisch bezogen, saniert, braucht aber noch Farbe und Deine Einrichtung.
Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank besorge ich noch.
Ich habe einige Dinge in der Wohnung, die ich teils stehen lassen möchte, teils verstauen kann.
Ich suche ab Mitte Juni eine verantwortungsvolle Frau über 30, die schon in Berlin angekommen ist.
Die Wohnung würde ich Dir mit der Zeit übergeben.

Ruhige, angenehme Lage um die Ecke vom beliebten Rüdesheimer Platz mit zwei Biomärkten, Cafés, Späti, etc. U 3 in drei Gehminuten erreichbar.
