Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss hat 2 Zimmer (Schlaf- und Wohn-/ Esszimmer), eine angenehm große Küche und ein geräumiges Bad.
Sie ist komplett lichtdurchflutet.
Die Wohnräume liegen zum großen und ruhigen Innenhof.

Ausstattung: alles was das Herz begehrt (ua Wasch-/ Spülmaschine, Dusch-/ Badewanne, Fernseher, großer Tisch, Sessel, volle Küchenausstattung (koche sehr gerne), Staubsauger, vieles mehr und ein paar Pflanzen.


Das Bett steht mittlerweile rechts unter der Schräge, wodurch mehr Platz im Schlafzimmer ist.
Im Wohnzimmer wurden Tisch und Sitzecke spiegelverkehrt. Die Sessel befinden sich nun am Fenster, wodurch eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre entsteht.
.. Möbel könnenn bei Bedarf auch in den Keller.


Die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig.

Es sind dementsprechend keine Partys oder Ähnliches erlaubt.

The apartment is located on the top floor and has 2 rooms (a bedroom and a living/dining room), a comfortably large kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. It is filled with natural light, and the living spaces overlook a large inner courtyard.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could desire, including a washing machine, dishwasher, shower/bathtub, television, large table, armchairs, a complete kitchen setup (as I really enjoy cooking), vacuum cleaner, and many more amenities, along with a few plants.

The bed has been moved to the right under the sloping ceiling, creating more space in the bedroom. In the living room, the table and seating area have been mirrored. The armchairs are now positioned by the window, creating a very pleasant atmosphere.

The neighbors are very quiet.

Therefore, parties or similar activities are not allowed.
