Hallo, die Wohnung ist Richtung Süden gerichtet, jedes Zimmer hat mindestens ein Fenster, also sehr hell. Sie hat zwei Zimmer, ein Zimmer ist 10qm groß, das andere 13qm. Das größere Zimmer hat auch gleich einen Balkon (Richtung Süd-Osten), auf dem man prima im Sommer sitzen kann. Im kleinen Zimmer steht ein kleiner 150cm breiter Ikea-Schrank, der genutzt werden kann.
Beide Zimmer sind groß genug, um bequem darin zu wohnen. Die Küche ist mit einer tollen modernen Einbauküche ausgestattet: Einbauschränke, Kühlschrank, Dunstabzugshaube, Ceranfeld und Backofen und Spüle sind vorhanden. Platz für eine Mikrowelle, für einen 45cm breiten Geschirrspüler und eine 60cm breite Waschmaschine ist da, Anschlüsse für diese natürlich auch. Das Duschbbad ist sehr modern und hochwertig.
Zeitraum der Miete ist flexibel, aber mindestens 1 Jahr.
Toll gelegen: 2 Minuten zum Bus und S-Bahnhof Sundgauer Str., 4 Minuten zu Aldi, Edeka Reichelt, Bäcker, andere Buslinien (Winfriedstr.), VideoWorld. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es auch nur 5 Minuten bis zu Zehlendorf Mitte. FU-Nähe.
Nur an Nichtraucher abzugeben, Haustiere nach Rücksprache.Man kann also sofort einziehen und es sich gemütlich machen.
