I am currently living in a 2 room flat and looking for a person to share it with!
My former flatmate has taken the decision to return to his home country, and I will be very glad to share the apartment with a good person since March :)
It's a 12 sq m room with furniture (there is also a table, it's just not in the picture). City registration is possible. The price is 400 EUR + the Internet bills (since April onwards, 20 EUR per person) and the radio spot tax (which is all over Germany and is around 9 EUR per person). There is a deposit of 300 EUR. The room is nice, warm and cozy. Also, the apartment has a balcony, so that it will be possible to spend some rest time there during warmer seasons.
My landlord is a wonderful woman, who often invites her tenants to the family dinners :)
The flat is located in the Zehlendorf district. 5 minutes to the bus stop, 15 munities to the Zehlendorf train station. The supermarket is around the corner. There is a river and a park nearby.
I am a Master's student myself (logistics and supply chain management) and work 3 times a week, as a working student. Really enjoy bike rides and nature! I neither smoke (and don't like the smell of cigarettes), nor drink alcohol (but I am absolutely tolerant, if other people do). We can communicate in English (and I am from Russia originally). I am also trying to learn German, but it will take some time.
Looking for a good person, who would be nice to live with and keep the apartment clean together. Preferably female.
Would be really willing to spend some time with my flatmate on the weekends! But, of course, anyone needs their personal space from time to time.
I am looking for a long-term flatmate (at least 6 months).
