I want to sublet my nice apartment in Friedrichshain since I am not staying in Berlin any longer.
The apartment will be rented for 6 months to begin with, after that I'm hoping to hand over the contract to the person renting it. So there's a chance to get a first hand contract after 6 months. The apartment is empty so it is possible to move in right away.
The apartment is furnished with 160cm bed, big wardrobe, cozy 3-seat sofa, table, carpet and big tv. Working desk with some storage, kitchen table with chairs, large fridge/freezer, hallway furniture and washing machine.
The apartment is located in a very nice and quiet are close to the busy parts of Firedrichshain. In only 4 min you have both subway, U-bahn and tram as well as busses. There is also a big shopping centre only a few minutes away as well as restaurants, pubs, gym. The apartment is located on the inner side of the house so there is no disturbance of street noice, the apartment is very quiet and nice!
The rent is 750€ in totalt including electricity and heating.
It's mostly suitable for 1-2 people.
