We're subletting our bright, wonderful 2room apartment with a green balcony south sided from September 15th 2023 to February 29th 2024.
Rent is € 1500 all in, incl. utilities (internet, water, heat, electricity)
The apartment is beautiful and bright, has wooden floors, high ceilings, and green, sunny balcony. 72 sqm, fully furnished.
All utilities included. We have DSL W-LAN, a washing machine & dish washer and a fully equipped kitchen.
Ein süßes Cafe ist unten im Gebäude mit leckerem Kuchen und dem besten Kaffee. Der S Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz (S Bahnlinien S5,S7,S75, Bus: 240, 194 etc. ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Rummelsburger Bucht mit der S3 und M21 sind ca. 7 Minuten und der Ostkreuz mit dem Ringverkehr sowie der Boxhagener Platz sind ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig entfernt.
Der Kaskelkiez ist ein ruhiger und kleiner Kiez nur ein paar Minuten von Friedrichshain entfernt mit vielen Restaurants, Cafes und Supermärkten. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär und perfekt für Leute, die es gerne ruhig zuhause mögen, aber mit guter Anbindung nach Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg und Neukölln.

A lovely Coffee place is downstairs in the building with amazing cakes and drinks. S-Bahn Nöldnerplatz (S5,S7,S75, Bus: 240, 194 etc.) is just 2 min. walk distant. S3 Rummelsburger Bucht and M21 approx. 7 min walk and Ostkreuz with Ring plus the Boxhagener Platz are 15 min walk away.
The Kaskelkiez is a quiet and cute little Kiez just a few minutes walk from Friedrichshain with many restaurants, cafés, supermakets.. very familiar atmosphere and perfect for people who like it calm at home and with good public transport connections to Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg and Neukölln.
