I am leaving a lovely furnished flat in Kreuzberg that I have rented for a few months from someone who might be giving up the contract permanetly from the beginning of next year. With 70% certainty, because he needs a safety net for a few more months. So until then, it would be a sublet.
It’s a 2 room flat on 2nd floor with a big bathroom (with bathtub) and spacious kitchen too, facing a green yard. The rent is 1165 per month everything included, with fast internet and all extra expenses.
Unfortunately I am myself unable to stay and keep this chance of a handover, as my partner is moving in with me from the UK, and he needs the anmeldung right away (here it was sadly not yet possible for him as well).
Please specify in your message if anmeldung would be a must right away dor you, or if you are flexible. Because it’s hard to 100% guarantee that the company will grant it with a short notice especially.
