Helle 2 Zimmerwohnung an der Spree

Hallo,

ich vermiete meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit einen Balkon, offenem Wohnzimmer und Wintergarten. Wenn du flexibel bist, gäbe es eine Option auf Verlängerung. 

Alle Zimmer, außer das Badezimmer, besitzen ein Fenster und die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Spree. Einen Arbeitsplatz fürs Home Office mit Blick auf die Spree gibt es ebenfalls. Das Wohnhaus befindet sich im Innenhof und besitzt einen privaten Wasserzugang, welcher zum Entspannen einlädt. 

Solltest du fragen zur Wohnung haben, kannst du sie mir gern stellen. 

Wenn du ein offener, ordentlicher aber auch ruhiger Typ-Mensch bist überlasse ich dir gern mein Reich. Für mich ist vor allem auch wichtig, dass du dich in der Zeit um meine Pflanzen kümmerst und eher unauffällig bist. Mein Vermieter ist etwas kleinlich, aber die Leute im Haus sind super nett. Meine Freundin und ich würde dich gern vorher kennenlernen bevor wir dir meine Wohnung anvertraue, daher sollte mindestens ein treffen drin sein ;)

Hello,

I rent my 2-room apartment with a balcony, open living room and winter garden. If you are flexible, there would be an option for extension.

All rooms, except the bathroom, have a window and the apartment is located directly on the Spree. There is also a workspace for a home office with a view of the Spree. The residence is located in the courtyard and has private water access, which invites you to relax.

If you have any questions about the apartment, please feel free to ask me. 

If you are an open, tidy but also quiet type of person, I will gladly let you have my kingdom. For me it is also important that you take care of my plants in the time and are rather inconspicuous. My landlord is a bit petty, but the people in the house are super nice. My girlfriend and I would like to get to know you before we entrust you with my apartment, so at least one meeting should be in it ;)
