schöne 3 Zimmer Wohnung zur Untermiete für 1 Jahr *möbliert*

Hey!
Ich bin auf der Suche nach 1-2 Personen, die in meiner Wohnung für ca. ein Jahr leben möchten, da ich auf Reisen sein werde.
Die Wohnung hat eine vollausgestattete Küche, Bad, Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer und ist ca 7min vom S- & U-Bahnhof Schönhauser Allee entfernt.
Ein Schlafzimmer geht nach hinten zum Hof raus und hat auch eine kleine Terrasse.
Das dritte Zimmer ist bei Übergabe, bis auf einen Kleiderschrank, erstmal unmöbliert (auf den Fotos noch möbliert vom Vormieter), falls jemand eigene Möbel mitbringen möchte oder mehr Stauraum braucht. Ich bin allerdings flexibel was dieses Zimmer angeht und einige mich gerne mit dir/euch auf ein paar Änderungen vorab!
Alle anderen Zimmer sind, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, voll möbliert.
WLAN, Streaming und alles Weitere ist inklusive und läuft weiter.

Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, habe ich einige Pflanzen, wenn zumindest einige meine Rückkehr miterleben könnten, freue ich mich sehr :)

Eine Anmeldung für den Zeitraum ist NICHT möglich!

Solltest Du total überzeugt von meiner Wohnung sein, der Zeitraum passt aber leider nicht perfekt, melde dich trotzdem gerne, ein wenig Flexibilität könnte ich zumindest für das Auszugsdatum bieten.

Hey!
I´m looking for 1-2 persons, who would like to live in my apartment for round about one year, because I´ll be traveling.
The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen, bathroom, dormitory and living room and is located near the train station Schönhauser Allee (7min).
The dormitory has a small terrace at the courtyard, as well.
The third room is, except a wardrobe, unfurnished (the photos show the room with the furniture of the previous tenant), in case you bring own furniture or need more storage space. But with that third room I´m quite flexible and open minded to compromise with you in advance!
All other rooms are like they´re shown on the photos, fully furnished and equipped.
WIFI, streaming, and everything else is also included.

Like you can see from the photos, I do have some plants and what be super happy, if at least some of them what survive until the day I come back :)

Sadly a Anmeldung is NOT possible.

In case you´re super convinced from the apartment, but the dates doesn´t fit you perfectly, contact me anyway! At least with the date of moving out I can arrange some flexibility!
