The area is relaxed, close to Weserstr and Sonnenalle which are full of restaurants and bars. Treptower Park is a great place to escape the city crowds and is just 15 min away.
As for the supermarkets we have couple of Rewes, an Aldi and a Lidl jut 5 min by foot from here.
Regarding public transportation, bus stop for the line 171 is just in front of the building, M41 and S Sonnenalle are 10 minutes walk and S Treptower Park is 20 min walk from the apartment.

Die Gegend ist entspannt, in der Nähe der Weserstraße und der Sonnenallee, die voller Restaurants und Bars sind. Der Treptower Park ist ein großartiger Ort, um dem Trubel der Stadt zu entfliehen und liegt nur 15 Minuten entfernt.
