Ab dem 01.05. wird in der Wasserstr. 49, eine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung frei. Sie besteht aus einer kleinen Diele + Bad und einer großen Küche, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Die Einbauküche ist Teil der Wohnung. Die Räume sind gestaffelt, Küche + Wohnzimmer sind also Durchgangsräume. Die lichte Raumhöhe beträgt ca. 3 m. Die Waschmaschine in der Küche soll für 150€ übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung hat eine Nord - West Ausrichtung. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung durch die großen Fenster sehr hell.
Im Treppenhaus gibt es einen kleinen Abstellraum, der sehr praktisch ist. Der Kellerraum ist groß, allerdings sehr feucht.
