Ich biete meine 2,5 Zimmerwohnung mit großer Küche und Balkon zur Zwischnmiete für die Monate 01/2022 und 02/2022 an. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und alle Möbel können genutzt werden. Der Balkon hat bis Mittags Sonne und ist ca. 6m2 groß. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller und einen extra Dachboden zum Trocknen der Wäsche.
Falls Bedarf besteht, die Wohnung schon im Dez. 2021 zu nutzen, müsste dies individuell besprochen werden.
Die U-Bahn und Bus-Haltestelle Oskar-Hoffmann-Str. (U35 Campus Linie) ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Bochum HBF sind in 7-8 min Gehzeit erreichbar. Es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten in der Gegend.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.
Ich suche einen nette*n Zwischenmieter*in, die sich auch ein wenig um die Pflanzen kümmert (gießen). Haustiere gibt es keine.
