Es ist eine super Wohnung für Paare oder eine 2er WG.Dazu ist sie schön lichtdurchflutet, neu renoviert und hat einen Balkon zur Sonnenseite raus, der reichlich groß zum Grillen etc ist ;) Neben den 3 Zimmern (14, 15, 11 qm) hat sie ein Durchgangszimmer, dass wir als Gemeinschaftsbereich genutzt haben. Die Abschlagskosten sind für die Küchen- und Badmöbel. Der Abschlagspreis ist VB, da zur Option steht die Waschmaschine und den Kühlschrank auch mitzunehmen.
Die Lage ist natürlich auch optimal. Man ist in 2 min an der Haltestelle "Rathaus", auch das Bermudadreieck, die Innenstadt, der Westpark und der HBF sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Einkaufsmäglichkeiten gibt es hier auch reichlich.
