Ich suche ab dem 1.Juli 2020 (ggf. schon ab dem 1.Juni) eine neue Mitbewohnerin für meine 2er WG.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, es gibt 3 gleichgroße Zimmer (ca. 18qm, eins davon ist Wohnzimmer) eine Küche und ein kleines Bad. Eine Einbauküche mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine ist vorhanden und der Ablösebetrag liegt bei 267€. Dachboden, sowie Keller ist vorhanden und kann genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße vom berühmten Bochumer Bermuda3eck (Kneipenviertel) und zu Fuß erreicht man die Straßenbahnhaltestelle 308/318 in weniger als 1 Minute und ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Hauptbahnhof. Also optimal für Studenten. Die Innenstadt mit Geschäften ist auch nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Zu mir: Ich heiße Philina, bin 23, wohne seit 4 Jahren in Bochum und studiere Wirtschaftspsychologie im 2. Semester.
