Die Wohnung ist ab 1. Juni zu beziehen, hat 3 helle Zimmer (eins davon ist ein Durchgangszimmer), Diele, Wohnküche und Bad. Der Zustand ist gepflegt aber nicht modern. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber die Wohnung eignet sich gut für eine 2er WG. Das Bad hat ein Fenster, die Wohnküche ist Durchgangszimmer zum Bad. Bilder folgen, da gerade ausgeräumt wird.
Ruhig aber fußläufig zum Zentrum ist die Wohnung wegen ihrer Nähe zur U35 (Bergbaumuseum 4min entfernt) besonders für Studenten gut geeignet. Die Parksituation ist gut aber ein Auto wegen der guten Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nicht notwendig.
