There is a bus station just a minute walk from the house. If you have to use the U35, then you have to walk 7 minutes on foot to the U-Bahn station. There are stores in the same building of the house. A sparkasse bank is less than a minute walk from the house. Netto can also be reached on foot. If you are a student at Ruhr university, then, it makes it easy for you to walk down to the university. The total rent is 280euro. But, you will only pay from the day you move in. You don’t have to pay deposit as my deposit is still with the owners of the building. You can schedule an appointment to come look at the apartment.
