Sie hat 2 Zimmer,1 Küche mit EBK, Dusche, WC und einen Balkon mit Abstellraum. Die Böden sind mit Laminat bzw. Fliesen ausgelegt. Leider gehört zur Wohnung KEIN Keller und auch kein Parkplatz. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 281,00 € plus Nebenkosten(ca 160,-€ mit Heizkostenvorschuss). Für weitere Fagen bin ich von 8°°-13°° und 14°°-20°°unter der oben genannten Nummer zu erreichen.Eine Besichtigung ist nach Absprache möglich.
Die Bushaltestelle zur Uni bzw. Innenstadt ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, zur Straßenbahn nach Hattingen/Linden oder Innenstadt sind es ca.10 Minuten.
