We go on holiday for 4 weeks. In this time we would like to sublet our beautiful apartment. The apartment is centrally, but really quite located. Traffic-calmed street. Local public transportation and tram as well as the highway A40 and several shopping possibilities are within walking distance. Some parking facilities are in the area and the river Ruhr is also not far ... The apartment is cozy and creative. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a bed (120 cm x 200 cm) and the other is furnished with sofa bed. We use the room as an office. Beside that there is a large living room, a kitchen with balcony and a large bathroom with bath tube.
We have internet, washing machine and dishwasher. If desired, bicycles can be borrowed against a deposit.
All in all the rent is 650€ and 250€ deposit.
